HHS MANDATEThe fight for justice for our Bishop has religious liberty undertones, so the House and Human Services Mandate is relevant to this site. The current U.S. governmental leadership wants to oversee every aspect of managing the socio, economic, and religious realms of the small, non-governmental organizations in America. This infringes on the principle of Subsidiarity which the Catholic Church has expounded upon since Christ gave a clear directive, "Give to Caesar what is Caesar's and to God what is God's". Apostolic authority followed up this directive that gave clear teaching that the state was created by God and when the Church speaks on natural and eternal law, the state and people must give to God what is God's, and that is the ability of pastors to Shepherd their flock without interference from the state.
